Do you need voice-to-text for standard audio or micro cassettes? Just mail them to us and in real quick time we will send you an accurate transcript. We are aware that audio cassettes are no longer used for recording sound, but if have recorded interviews of historical significance in the past, or may have used them for recording conferences or seminars, you can send us copies of the archived audio cassettes.
We also receive client requests for transcripts of voice mails that are saved on micro cassettes. Many of our clients convert the audio recordings into MP3 and then send them to us through email. If the file size of the audio recording is more than 10MB, the audio cassette recordings that are converted into MP3 are sent to us through the File Transfer Protocol (FTP).
The standard turn-around-time is forty-eight hours, after we receive the audio recordings. The basic charges for the voice to text service is $ 60 an hour of recorded audio, however if the audio recording has disturbances or background noise, the charges may vary.
