Simon you are spot on, the good old method of listening (not hearing) and then typing in the transcript is sure to get result in the range of 99.5% accuracy which in turn rates high where quality is concerned add to this the personal touch when the transcription company is called for an update on status of their transcripts.

They have a distinguished service history in that regard, search engines already like video and embedded text would make it very much more usefully searchable content.
